Also, it seems like that faction of the Vietnamese community still can not move on from this issue and is now on the verge of forcing a costly recall election. So Pat, what is your stand on this? Will you, if you're elected as a council member, be able to stand up and and say "No" on the grounds that this is fiscally irresponsible?
